You could grow them in 4 or 6" nursery pots the first year and plant them out the second year: give them room in the second year! 1. Here's a pic of mine at the beginning of the second year. I was trying to take a picture of the azelea and the tulips and while the composition is certainly subpar as to that objective, at least you can see the Indian Summers in this one. :/ 2. I'm not kidding. Give them plenty of breathing room! |
