I was looking at the BGI website description of the various species. One of the characteristics is color change so, depending on the brug parentage, this may happen. I wished I had a photographic memory so that when looking for brugs I could reference the data that I read on BGI site and focus on the ones that typically don't change or the ones with very, very long trumpets (so elegant!). But right now they are all soooo beautiful, it's not mattering too much whether they change color or not. Hope it is the same for y'all.

Anywho, my next one might be Hazelnut buttercup since it is a double and I don't have a yellow dbl. BTW, the one that I was referring to above, from Alice, is Cher Chez La Femme, a single yellow that has stayed yellow. I love it.

Here is a pic of a named yellow but pooch mistook tha tag for a toy and I don't know what it is. I think it is Jamaica yellow and it is a mustardish kinda yellow that stays the same color. It is lovely. Here it is, serving as background for my lycoris aurea. And here is the little devil that swears the plant tags are his personal play things.
