Clematis: June, clematises and chat, 1 by pirl

It was easier for me to keep my pot of Viola Violacea in the kitchen so I could keep cutting it back last year. Then I did it this year with two more Ville de Lyon from Walmart - the kind in those green plastic bags when it's hard to see if they're alive or not!

This was taken 4/5 after they had been in the self-watering pot for a month. I cut it back at this point and then once more. I'm hoping for a huge root ball!
