Donner - sure you know this already but smack a tomato cage around the peonies when they start poking their heads up in spring and whaalaa - no more droopies. Also that Jasmine at Walmart is the one growing up my dwarf Magnolia. It is fragrant but IMHO not the heavy musky scent of our sambacs or Confederate Jasmine. In my yard there has to be quite a few blooms in order for me to detect a scent...and its a cleaner scent...harder to describe. My Confederate jasmine is covered right now. At night - the fragrance is intoxicating...I just LOVE it!!!
