Beginner Gardening: Dasylirion (longissium?) not doing so well, 1 by lynnmp22

I keep it in a pot and just repotted it to a bigger one thinking it was cramped. No luck. The leaves are still dying off. I live in central Florida and keep it outside where it gets rain and lots of sun. Any ideas as to what is going on? I love this plant and don't want it to die!
