This tree has balls of bark or something attached to its bark on many of the branches. I am looking to identify this bug. You can see there are many bugs together at the end of the branch. The bugs have a couple of antennas, tiny hair like strands, about 2-3 cm in length on each bug. The main body section has black and yellow horizontal stripes. They have wings.
