I kind of wish it wasn't level with the ground, but I know it insulates the water. I just think it is safer elevated. Wish I could figure out a way to have both insulation and elevation.

I took a picture of the pond in all it's gruesome glory. Even my little pond fountain is clogging. I'll be cleaning it when I clean out the pond.
