did go back to bed, just up ready to enjoy the day..will make it a light day and hopefully start to heal

will be a gorgeous day, high of 77, will just putter around doing a lot of nothing but achieving something I am sure.

Young Noah did come last night, left me a note that he'd be back tonight after school..I will have to leave a note as to what I need done as I get my perm at 3:00..efforts into raking should be done today and edging and weeding starts..I can weed and Noah can edge the gardens...deep sigh..will be so nice

Your emotions will for all the years to come react to certain events/days..after 21 years of losing Roger I can give you word for word of what was said, of reactions, of pain, they never do leave..you just try to be brave, fill in the days and remember all the good times. you will without knowing why become agitated and you will sit and think and all of a sudden you will say 'oh yes' and remember what has brought the sadness..it's a hard road but one you will travel with many..all are here to hold your hand.

Nasty bug you have Katie, a few more days resting won't do you harm..perhaps you should get it checked..while typing here they were talking about Slave the guitarist who died of liver failure..seems it was caused by spider bite..yikes remember my forehead and i thought it was from a spider? let's hope you get up and able to enjoy the day.

LindaKay, how is the heat wave?

Debbie, my heart goes out to you if you've sun allergy! Are you finding when you go inside do they tend to sit under the skin and come out immediately when out in the sun? There are meds that I could take that would help but bad for kidneys so its damned if you do and damned if you don't so I just put up with it..luckily because my face is constantly exposed to the sun, it doesn't break out.
