So consider yourself as getting a "deal" LOL Sally Yes they are Oncidiums, I have had some luck with them and the one I have from last years show is getting ready to rebloom. I also got two others from the show that have buds but aren't blooming yet and a small cute little thing that Ric picked up to mount. Here is his little one and the other two that haven't bloomed yet. The one with the striped leaves is putting up some type of spike not even quite sure what the flower will look like. I loved the leaves and like the supense of waiting for the flower. The other one is also a fragrant flower. Very lovely scent but not near as strong as the sharry baby. I think I am pretty much done buying orchids for a while I had 3 before the show and picked up 5 more. Only thing I could see getting is some small ones for Ric to play with. Depending on how this mounting goes I could see a pretty piece of driftwood with several orchids mounted on it. |
