I did find some frog eggs in the top of the landscaping around the pond. It looks like these "puddles" were put there deliberately, in the center of the juniper? because there is black plastic holding the water...so here a couple fun pics just for the heck of it of the frog eggs (the top layer of them got frozen I think, hence the white blotchiness. I removed some and put them in a container inside for my kids to watch them develop).
