Lily, great job with the eagle photos. Our crows do the same thing. It always amazes me that the eagles will go after the ducks on the lake buy not the crows which are relatively the same size.

We counted 16 house finches in the trees yesterday. Here's some of them.

Now that the persimmons are gone in the trees, this downy is enjoying the apples. I heard some good news, the people that bought the house next door with all these fruit trees have promised me they wouldn't cut all the trees down.
