I am a 56 yr. female. I've been married for 37 yrs. to my high school sweetheart and we have a 2 yr. grandson who is the love of our life right now. My hubby was in the Air Force for 22 yrs. and we have lived all over the USA. We retired here in Calif., which is our original home. I have gardened in many different zones in my life, but gardening out here is the best for me.

I have been lucky to accomplish many things in my life and I'm still trying new things all the time. I have been a beautician, Chef's assistant and a Semi Pro Bowler. One of my favorite things to do, other than garden, is to paint. I'm talking about walls and furniture. I have painted all of my homes, plus my families houses. I have taught myself how to Faux paint and just love to do that, especially on furniture. I also love to work with wood and build things. Most of the tools in our garage are "mine" not my husbands.

I also like to read, cook,camp, fish and sew (not much of that now though) as I spend too much time doing lots of new things. I guess you can tell that I like to keep busy.

Since I am usually behind the camera, I don't have any pictures of just me. This picture was taken last year and it is with "frogrus" Janice when she came up for a visit. I am the redhead.
