He thinned out his iris bed and was gonna dump most of the cullings into the compost. I didn't make the man get out the ladder and get me two bags of cow manure from their top shelf in the outside yard. I put the plastic over them because I want to keep any precip off the bed, and keep the ground from freezing so they can root and they have been southern you all irises all their lives until now. I hope some of them make it!
