Betty, were still waiting to hear from the guy on the house! They didnt want to counter...so we came back with if they dont want to then we want take off the credit for the ac. And they buy as is. Well see...funny thing is they live on the next block over...knows Jake and they looked at the Magnolia house!! So they know all the work that has gone into both...cross fingers...
