Last year, when I grew it from a cutting, it put up one flower head 'way late - picture taken on Dec. 11th - and since it was such a warm winter, it held onto it right through the winter. Then it started really growing and branching this spring, so I planted it in the ground, gave it a handful of Osmocote and left it to its own devices. To my great surprise, it started up bloom heads again in April, and they're still going! So don't give up, it may yet start up some flower heads. btw, don't prune, the heads start up on the branch tips.
