What ticks me off is they came from a wild vine and his vine produced better than the pampered ones in my yard and the hybrids I purchased. I will try to take a cutting from the wild vine I'm harvesting and save some seeds from it. Nature is thumbing her nose at me! If it is anything like it is here, Carrie, you will want to hug your AC another 3 weeks or so. Only mad dogs, Englishmen and Kay willingly go out in this heat. I'm betting you will like autumn in the south. This is as close as I gotten to gardening lately. It is my mini Zen garden. I make my own bamboo rakes. Vickie, does anything in this picture look familiar. (Jim) |
