HI all what a great idea I am Sandy. My DH hates my nickname here says I am neither Old nor is my name rose yes he is a darling. Love to garden have just flowers now next year when youngest is in collage I will start up my small veggie garden again. I am a travel agent by day and teach gymnastics by night. I love both jobs but wish I had more time. I started back at gymnastics because it was the only way to spend time with my darling daughter (she finished 9th in the nation this year at level 9) now I am hooked on the kids their energy and their wonderful outlook on life. I have 2 kids 20 & 17 I won't get too started on them as I could brag for hours on that subject. Been married 23 years to the same patient man. No pets anymore my son is terribly allergic to dogs and cats. Besides gardening and my kids I love to build things, refinish wood, and generally try anything I haven't had a chance to try in the past. I am currently refinishing a front porch swing my Grandfather made as a wedding gift to my grandmother. It has about 80years of shellack (sp) but I can't wait to see it when I get done they just don't make things like that anymore. Attached is a photo of me....... Just kidding it is my DD I am "working" right now and don't have a photo of me available. I have a family photo on my page here but it is 3+ years old I will try to update soon.
