Unfortunately, the pine has to be felled because the circumfrance of the tree was cut some years ago and is a hazard. I was concerned that I had not seen any immature RHWPs, and worried that there may be young in the nest. I downloaded my pictures tonight and found a pic from earlier this year of an immature RHWP. I had forgotten! I also had a new visitor this year, a Loggerhead Shrike. A first for me.
