Water Gardening: My water lily just won't bloom, 1 by PhyllisJ

Can someone tell me why my foliage isn't as green as others pics I have seen? It has rained everyday for 3 straight weeks. The pond is in full sun. Today is suppose to get to 95 and no rain.

Also, do you know the name of my lilies?
