I forgot to plant my morning Glories this year and I was wondering if it was too late to plant them (I always container plant them since we move a lot) and i just got a packet of Lavender seeds is it too late to plant? I have Dahlias, a bunch of pansies and veggies going great I would just like a few more flowers :)
