As to the flight photo, it's a lot easier when you get them right at lift-off and your shutter speed is adequate to stop the action. I used the newer of my "old" cameras, the Nikon D300 w/ 500mm lens. I've been using that combination for a few years. Time to get a new one. Here are two recent photos of Cedar Waxwings ..... |
