The brugs seem to be blooming very happily. So I leave them alone. Sprayed the dogwoods and peonies for powdery mildew last weekend. Three of the dogwoods had the mildew already, but the rest were still ok. One of the vibernums has a pretty bad case of bacterial blight. The recommended treatment is copper-containing bactericides like Bonide Liquid Copper. I can get it online, but shipping will take a while. Does anybody know if any of the local stores might carry it? |
