Good morning. I thought I had posted here and see now that I posted on another thread. This is what I had to say there.

I must tell you ladies, I am so mad at myself for letting myself go without excercise for so long. I am really paying for it now. I have had sedentery jobs all my life and figured I'd be fine to quilt and do handwork when I retired. NOT!!! I need to rebuild all my stamina and I feel like a child learning to walk again. This rehab is the best thing to come for me in a long time as far as my health is concerned (Nothing beats having Norm!!). I'm not only doing the physical work but each session includes a one hour lecture on how breathing effects all aspects of your life such as walking, travel, sex etc. And then we have lectures on proper breathing techniques and things we can do for ourselves at home. I'm getting a lot out of it. The doctor seems to think I should be ready for surgery by the end of July. Sure hope so.

You all sound so very busy. I am working on some sewing. Cher asked for blocks for her cancer quilts so those four are in the making. I have put together two blocks for the horse rescue quilts in the other room as well as a center for a round robin there as well and now need to wash fabric for the new mystery quilt from my local quilt shop. All this as I go to rehab and Sean's ball games and the boys band concerts and Brandon's horse shows. I am bound and determined that I am going to be active again!!!!!

The boys are doing well. Sean's baseball team has won more games than they have lost. Brandon qualified for the state equestrian championship meet. This is through the high school. The show was last Sunday and he was entered in three events. He took one first and two seconds. Needless to say we are very proud of him...I have posted Brandon's picture with his horse and today it is Sean's turn.

Off to change the laundry....
