joeswife wrote: I hope my buddah belly blooms for me this year. I found the most beautiful bloom on my prickly pear.. finally.. I have had the thing for almost 4 years, it came to me a half of a pad. now it is a rambling cactus with yellow blooms. The lilies are starting. morning glorys have all been blooming. Joe loves my Gunnera/and anything with big weird wonderful leaves. Now, that is a plus to be joeswife... KayJones, are you ready for some weeds? LOL you see, most of these get mowed out on the side of the road, so they are small and flat.. but move them to a watered and fed garden and you have big and rambling wine cups..very tall and lush white fleabane and yarrow.. bright yellow scurf pea, makes for splashes here and there.. the KNPS did an article about how I use KNWF's in my tropical settings.. I have red, yellow, white and pink yarrow. This message was edited May 21, 2012 9:31 PM |
