Insect and Spider Identification: I can't find any information on this spider.., 1 by Nix420

So there you go..Poland, warm autumn, amazing, brilliant looking spider!
If anyone can identify this species that would be great!!
I looked on google for similar spiders, using colors and location as search factors..
I found one or two spiders that were slightly similar but not by a lot..

I'd appreciate somebody helping me out. :)
