I sowed 7, figuring that should give me enough sucess (I hope) to cover just one side of the underneath of my deck. =) So, butterfly bushes bloom the second year, not the first, Celene? This year is the first time I'm WS'ing them... or, growing them at all from any stage, for that matter, so I'm just trying to gear up for what to expect. Do they WS successfully, from your experience? Any problems with transplanting seedlings? Oh, here's another shot of my Holly during her first year... |
