KayJones, I am so very sorry about your misfortune, whatever does not recover, we will try to replace for you if we can. We are always taking a licking but we keep on ticking! I lost my fruiting 8 ft orange tree a few days ago from causes unknown.

The first two Ti plants were given up for dead. The Crotons lost all their foliage, from last year's bad winter, not perfect, but I am so happy that they recovered.
