Jugs of milk are heavy !! He has had a "no more than 5 pounds" weight restriction for ages !!! He tries real hard not to lift much, but of course when that little red headed angel looks up and reaches for him.....you know what happens there !!! and he pays for it with more pain...but of course he says she is worth it!! I keep trying to get him to have some one else lift her, and then hand her to him...as the holding something does not bother him as much as the movements required to lift!! ya know we are all stubborn about some things....
