Dellrose, before learning the Harris's name, I called them Bearded Mohawks. We had only seen them in breeding plumage in the spring as they were heading back north.

This is my very first picture of a Bald Eagle. It was taken two miles from home. There's hope it may become a yard bird yet. :D
