African Violets and Gesneriads: I have a feeling its too cold-Fisherman's Paradise, 1 by Seaecho

I have heard Fisherman's Paradise is not the easiest violet to keep happy. Its so pretty and I'd hate to lose it. Is a heating pad a possibility?
