I am thankful to have really wild sight of a few tiny leaves blown so hard into siding they interpenetrated the paint, and without the really wild sight of damaged buildings and blown down trees. Most just lost a lot of leaves and twiggy branchlets.

I am thankful that the 50' x 80' section of roof that was ripped off at my workplace was over a warehouse corner and not the offices or store. And that I can claim seniority to leave the vacuuming and sweeping out of three inches of inside water to the younguns. Had my stint of working building damage three times in the last three years. It's their turn. :-)
