[Please see the first picture in this thread.] As the summer progressed the flowers started showing the prominent white band in the blue filaments, such that their is now a much better resemblance as seen here. I'm now willing to accept that this is the plant Logee's claimed, though still somewhat different.

I believe it is still noteworthy to point out that I submitted several questions to Logee's customer service and was never contacted by them. This still leaves me with the impression that they are not the company that they used to be.
