Amazonica will have larger leaves and the growth habit bigger vs. polly. I use Osmocote and composted horse manure in my soil media for all of my Alocasias but you can also use Miracle Gro at 1/2 the labeled strength for them. Drew may know of a better fertilizer... Drew, your regale is still looking good. Is that Alocasia watsoniana I also see? If you keep that plant growing longer than I did (6 months), I'll want to know your secret. Local grocery store plant,of all places to find such, Alocasia bambino. |
