The Oxalis enters a dormancy period in mid-late fall. It stops producing leaves.
When you see this happening--do not freak out and think you are doing something wrong.
It just wants a long winter's nap. STOP WATERING IT and just keep it somewhere out of the way.
A dribble of water, now and then, will not hurt.

Around February/early March--you will see new leaves growing. Then--resume regular care.
Mind you--this plant does not need to be watered a lot--as it grows from small corms.
