Same basic principle, but they are hollow up the middle. They sure do pump the water up those channels, too!

My plumeria has been blooming non-stop since April, I am so thrilled. It has been terribly abused and neglected, fell over on its face while I was on vacation in May, and got all bent out of shape. But I finally planted it in the ground a month or so ago, and here it is putting out more new flowers! Now, anybody got a remedy for this rusty fungus on the leaves? Baking soda spray slows it down a bit, but . . . hm, maybe the Neem oil?
