Can't say the plant itself is much to look at---all raggedy and stiff and a bit thorny--
all these ugly, woody 'fronds" just hanging down in all kinds of shapes and sizes...

New growths coming and going--every which way. HEAVY! as these fronds are succulent--
like an Aloe would be. The whole pot of this must weigh about 20lbs! maybe more...

BUT then--this happens! And you forget all the rest....
