Insect and Spider Identification: Found this spider in my bathroom early in the morning(1-3AM), 1 by DianeMacko

It only comes out early mornings. It is black with long legs all black. I'm hoping it is nothing to worry about. It seems to stay in the one corner and hasn't moved out of there except to hide. Any help would be appreciated.
