And it can take them up to a year to germinate. So I am hoping I will get some seeds fresh off the plant and plant those. I am told that is the best way to get them to germinate faster is to plant them right off the vine.
I have tried several times to get seeds of the passies to sprout and had no sucess so all I can say is try. Keep good notes on how you did it and then share it with us all....
Wish I could be more helpful but this has been my experience and I am hoping some one comes along with a method that works.
I have better luck getting cuttings to root than seeds to sprout.... :o(

This photo is one of the same plant about a year later. They are certainly worth the trouble to get them to grow, very pretty delicate flowes and beautiful leaves....
