WillowWasp wrote: Well where do I start. From all the information I have recived on these the only way you might have really good success with seeds is: Soak them in pure orange juice 24 hrs. Plant seeds juice and all in a good quality potting soil. Keep them moist but not wet. And it can take them up to a year to germinate. So I am hoping I will get some seeds fresh off the plant and plant those. I am told that is the best way to get them to germinate faster is to plant them right off the vine. I have tried several times to get seeds of the passies to sprout and had no sucess so all I can say is try. Keep good notes on how you did it and then share it with us all.... Wish I could be more helpful but this has been my experience and I am hoping some one comes along with a method that works. I have better luck getting cuttings to root than seeds to sprout.... :o( This photo is one of the same plant about a year later. They are certainly worth the trouble to get them to grow, very pretty delicate flowes and beautiful leaves.... Dee |
