If it grows out and you don/t like the looks of it, cut it off (6 inch lengths or more) and put it in water to root. My Strictum just did this on the end of every limb and I broke all of them off when they got to be around 6" and have rooted them for friends. You'll find that there are many different growth patterns shown as you increase your collection. This is one of the things that I enjoy most about growing them. bob
