Linda Kay, that is what that is...rofl, an oleander. This is my first time ever having one. We get 35.00 a barrel to plant, that includes dirt and all the plants (money comes from our plant sale). I have more than that in the barrel but I try to find something I want to keep over the winter to put in the barrels instead of letting it all die when frost hits. Wish the tropical hibiscus was blooming better, they are bright bright yellow. Can you tell me do the oleander need a lot of water, fertilizer, or ?
