Seriously, my garden just gets out of hand through the summer because the little 10-minute intervals when I can go outside before I overheat are just not enough to do all the trimming and hacking and weeding that needs doing. So I putter for 10 minutes, then I float around in the pool for 20 minutes, then I come in and see if anyone's posted on the forum . . ahh, summer in the tropical garden! Some evenings, I do get a little 'real' work done, but when the overnight low is 78, well, cool enough to work will be around the end of October now.

Lychee fruit almost ready to pick! I have the electric eye scarecrow out there spraying every bird and beast that walks - or drives - by. Good thing my neighbors like me.
