Pelletory, thank you sooo much! This is the closest I've gotten so far and I can't believe I got a response this fast!

I looked up pictures of the tufted titmouse and it's incredibly similar, but this one doesn't seem to have the little tuft on his head. Other than that, it's a perfect match. Sorry about the video but it didn't come out all that well. I had to take it through the feeder, which is one of those that's inset into a window. His head, wings, and tail are a medium gray, and his belly is white with a tinge of rust color beneath the wings. His eyes and beak are black, and the area just around his eyes is white or a lighter gray. Not what I'd call a "ring," but just a graduated coloring from the gray on his head and toward his eyes. He seems particular about his food and will peck around until he finds what he's looking for in the seed mixture. I don't know if that's unusual in wild birds because I'm better with the tame ones, but other birds often just fly up to the feeder, grab a random seed, then fly away, so I thought that might be significant. This one will spend three to five minutes sorting through the mixture to find the seeds he likes, and with some of them, he'll take them onto the perch and peck at them with his beak to open them, then go get another.

Sorry if this is too much information but I'm not sure exactly what's important. I'm adding a still picture, but it's kind of dark because of the feeder.

THANKS AGAIN!
