Nadine does eat the pineapple, banana and cheese with mayo on the same sandwich. I’ve eaten a pineapple/cheese sandwich with mayo. It was actually good. I never tried adding bananas to the mix.
Today, I am more thankful for the other uses Nadine put the pineapple to. Pineapple Upside-down Cake. She was so proud of the way this one looked; she wouldn’t let me cut a piece until I had taken a picture of it. Her pineapple cakes always taste good, but she wanted proof for her friends before I cut into it that she had finally made one that looked as good as it tasted. lol. (Jim)
