Drew, I will be glad to send you as many Stuttgarts as you would like, so long as you understand the reason I'm getting rid of them is that they never developed the lovely variegated foliage they're supposed to have. I ordered them twice from two different suppliers, same story! I'm told the variegation is the result of something they call a 'chimera' and that it can appear and disappear at random. I've waited years . . ..

It's possible they will be variegated in another soil type, I don't know. Let me know if you still want them.

Another canna 'Striped Beauty' that has nice striped cream and green foliage like the Bengal Tiger ones. The flowers come out blazing yellow, then develop white flares as they age. Wierd thing is they're kind of leggy even in full sun - the flower scapes are 2 feet above the last leaf! Maybe if I water them less??
