I also have a cool thing called a 'Scarecrow sprinkler'. It is an impulse sprinkler with a motion sensor so it even detects critters and birds in the dark. It sprays a 3-second strong, loud shot of water whenever it sees movement. Unfortunately, the lychee tree is out front and the sprinkler went off whenever a car (or bike or someone walking) went by. So it is somewhat limited in its application. It also detects leaf movement, so there's a lot of sprinkling going on when it's windy, too. My little cream cannas with pale pink spots. They're a nice size, only about 18 inches tall. |
