So after the surgery to repair it the surgeon told me I have a lot of arthritis in that knee. I get synvisc shots every couple of years that helps. I was planing on doing a good bit of walking this summer anyway as I would like to walk a half marathon at the end of the summer. Besides all my gardening doesn't do my knee any good either. I am hoping that losing a little weight will help the knee, getting a few lbs off of it will be a good thing.
