Beginner Gardening: Sick Pachira Aquatica, 1 by grusa

I also have a sick pachria. It was doing fine for a year and a half and then we moved and it started to get brown spots on the leaves that then slowly dryed and fell off. Also the new leaves were already brown or dry when they were still little. I checked the roots and they looked fine. I used some spray against pests but it didn't help either. Now there are many new leaves but I am afraid that they will soon get brown and dry. The plant is next to the window, but not directly exposed to the sun, I don't water it too much and the pot is big enough. I really don't know what else to do. I am attaching a picture.
