Don't worry, Celeste.....no need to stay awake to comment on the photos....I wouldn't even want you to try!! lol I have really enjoyed the color of the flowers, and now that Spring is in full swing here, I am really enjoying seeing the native flowers come into their own. I did a ton of whacking back today and Hank dug out a huge Boxwood that is hogging a primo area where I want more color just outside our sunroom to the left of the desert rose. I was afraid the boxwood would crowd out my yellow elder and I am working hard to get it to beef up, so......gonzo!! It will be fun in the fall to put some pretty colorful natives in that area....maybe even a dark red desert rose if this one makes it through the summer okay. We have finally gotten our new TV service and 2 DVRs (included with the service) that will be fun to have. Most of the day we were without phone and internet again, but it's finally all up and running now. Our bundled bill will be $40 less per month and we now have 2 "free" lol DVRs. I had called Directv last month to protest the constantly rising prices with no added service and they just blew me off. Today when I called to cancel their service, they were turning upside down to get us to keep the service. They even offered to match the deal we just got. Louise: "Well, if your person had been as good as you are being when I called last month, we probably wouldn't have dropped you, so you can let your bosses know that they should fire that guy I talked with last month." LOL That was fun!.....and true. We've kept our service in NH because that's all there is up there! I may play the "loyal customer" card next month when I call to see if they have any better deal for us there. :) Goodnight for now, my loyal and dear Pals.........I'm thinking of you all up there!! Louise.....with two playful and not very sleepy puppies at my feet, rolling around and playing with a toy ice cream cone. :) |
