The dang green gates have put a stop to that, and we don't/can't plan ahead long enough for reservations. Hence our little 8' camper rather than tenting it anymore. I understand the convenience of reservations but wish the Washington parks would leave more spots available on a first-come basis for the vagabond travelers.
