So, you for sure have some kind of natural cross there. Becky, I did grow your 'Mutant Blue Needle Leaf Nanding', but not your cross, in 2009. And, I agree the bloom on the right does look very much like your cross doesn't it! My guess is that these crossed with a Blue Blizzard that I had growing near the Kikyo 'Midnight Star', or possibly reverting back to what I crossed it with which was a Dark Blue [regular MG] w/ Margined Picotee Here is my original cross that I grew for the first time last year that I call 'Midnight Star' because of the extra white Picotee Edge especially at the edges. Some of the blooms had a slight blizzard. |
